John Piraccini, 41, the former manager of the Indiana Toll Road, pleaded innocent Thursday to federal charges of fraud, witness tampering and obstruction of justice. He then was released on a $50,000 unsecured bond.
No trial date was set.
U.S. Magistrate Robin Pierce said he would leave the decision on a trial date up to U.S. District Judge Robert Miller, who will try the case.
