I have a suggestion concerning the lack of quality and affordable day care that First Lady Hillary Clinton called a “silent crisis” (Page 1, Oct. 24). If the president and Mrs. Clinton are sincere about easing the financial burden on the parents of this country, allow them to keep more of what they earn: cut taxes.
