Leroy A. Tatara, 33, of 3510 Oakdale Ave., was arrested at about 8:30 p.m. Friday on Chapel Hill Road and charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Tatara was taken to McHenry County Jail in lieu of bond.
