Suspected white supremacist vandals of the National Alliance have defaced a party store’s facade with racist stickers urging residents to avoid racial mixing.

The vandalism by the alliance’s Midland County chapter appears part of a propaganda campaign that authorities say has spanned about five years.

“Everyone really avoids them,” said the owner of the vandalized store.

Statewide, vandals last week plastered a black couple’s home in the Detroit suburb of Livonia with National Alliance stickers. In July, skinheads distributed the group’s newspaper in Traverse City before “Nordic Fest,” a white-power concert.
