Jack Richman, 34, of Wilmette, died Tuesday in Rush North Shore Medical Center in Skokie. Mr. Richman, a lifelong resident of Wilmette, was an environmental activist who founded a group that had battled the North Shore Mosquito Abatement District. Survivors include his mother, Marcella; and a sister. Services were held Sunday.
