As part of our family reunion, we spent a Saturday in downtown Chicago. En route to Navy Pier we mistakenly left a backpack with valuables in it in a Flash Cab. After assistance from the Navy Pier staff and a cooperative operator for the Flash Cab Co., we located the cab driver. He immediately returned to the pier and returned the backpack.
We were all impressed by the friendly, helpful people in Chicago. The honesty of this man, whose name we have been unable to discover, provided an inspiring example for our children.
You can be sure we will be back for a return visit to your fine city.
