Lower in calories for the same quantity of food, fruits and vegetables contain substances that help prevent heart disease and cancer, he said.

ULTRASOUND EXPECTED: Pregnant women routinely expect an early peek at their fetus through ultrasound even though the procedure is usually not necessary and may not be covered by insurance. Of 318 women surveyed recently by the University of Michigan Medical Center, nearly all thought it was important to have ultrasound to make sure the baby was healthy.
