David E. Garcia, 38, of Frankfort, died Saturday. A 12-year-employee of Commonwealth Edison, Mr. Garcia was electrocuted while working on a transmission line in Oak Forest. Survivors include his wife, Jeannie; two daughters, Brittany and Rachel; mother and father, Rudy and Pat; two brothers; and a sister. Visitation will be held from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Zimmerman & Sandeman Memorial Chapel, 5200 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Gerald Catholic Church, 9327 S. Central Ave., Oak Lawn.
