Capt. James E. Roach, 82, of Rolling Meadows, died Sunday at Northwest Community Healthcare in Arlington Heights. Born in Chicago, Capt. Roach was a World War II Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Alice. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
