Fred Dohrmann, who rose through the ranks to become president of Winnebago Industries Inc., Forest City, Iowa, is stepping down. Dohrmann, 65, announced his retirement from the recreational vehicle manufacturer during the annual stockholders meeting Wednesday night. He plans to continue as Winnebago’s chairman and chief executive officer until April, then retire from active management to spend more time with his family.
