Roy J. Doss, 89, of Woodridge, died Saturday in Resthaven Nursing Home, Downers Grove. Mr. Doss was a supervisor for the New York Central Railroad, and retired after 42 years. He served as mayor of Moose Ear, Wis.; president of the senior citizens club of Chetek, Wis.; and governor of Downers Grove Moose Lodge 1535. Survivors include a son, Paul W.; a daughter, Gretchen Sauer; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Adams-Winterfield & Sullivan Funeral Home, 4343 Main St., Downers Grove. Funeral services will follow at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home and mass will be said at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 4824 Highland Ave., Downers Grove.
