For the second consecutive year, the comic and star of NBC’s “Seinfeld” is No. 1 on the list of the nation’s most popular television personalities, according to a Harris Poll released Wednesday.
The next three positions look the same as last year’s list too.
Comedian Tim Allen of ABC’s “Home Improvement” repeats in second place, followed by Oprah Winfrey and Bill Cosby.
Rosie O’Donnell moves up from eighth to fifth place on this year’s list, and Drew Carey is up from No. 10 to sixth place. David Letterman slipped two spots to seventh place, one spot ahead of Jay Leno, who moved up from a tie at No. 10 last year.
