Sales are under way on the 155-unit second phase of condominiums at Randolph Place, the mixed-use development at 165 N. Canal St. in Chicago’s Fulton River District.
Randolph Place will include 330 condominiums priced from $120,000 to $450,000. The units in Phase II are located on floors five through 11, and 12 through 14.
The floor plans range from 1,198 to 1,924 square feet with one to three bedrooms and one to 2 1/2 baths. Units on the 14th floor feature 13- to 14-foot ceilings.

– Town & Country Homes hasintroduced a new lineup of floor plans at Longmeadow Estates, a single-family home community innorth suburban Mundelein.
