Penn State wants two district attorneys to prosecute a sports agent who bought star running back Curtis Enis clothing in violation of NCAA rules and Pennsylvania laws.

Jeff Nalley “fooled around with the integrity of the university, and I won’t stand for that,” said university President Graham Spanier, whose representatives met Tuesday with law enforcement officials from Dauphin and Cumberland counties.

Penn State also is considering a lawsuit against Nalley to recoup money spent to investigate the incident and to restore the university’s good name, Spanier said.

Nalley did not return a telephone call seeking comment.

Enis admitted on Dec. 23 that he accepted gifts from Nalley and lied to coach Joe Paterno about the incident. The university suspended Enis from the Citrus Bowl, and six days later the running back announced that was giving up his final season of eligibility to enter the NFL draft.

– Benji Olson, a 6-foot-4-inch, 310-pound guard whose nickname is “Road Grader” because of his run-blocking prowess, announced Tuesday that he will pass up his senior season at Washington to enter the NFL draft.
