Michael F. Clark Jr., 21, of 4701 Bonner Drive, McHenry, was arrested at about 6:10 p.m. Monday at Illinois Highway 47 and Stonelake Rd., and charged with no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and loud muffler, police said. Clark posted $100 bond and was given a Feb. 6 court date.
