Thomas J. Dworak, 45, of 200 S. Hayward St., was arrested in the 500 block of Washington Street at 8:50 p.m. Friday and charged with driving with a revoked license, driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Dworak was unable to post his $3,000 bond and was taken to McHenry County Jail.
