Muriel Munro, 56, who owned a crafts business, died Jan. 15 of non-Hodgkins lymphoma in Alexian Brothers Hospital in Elk Grove Village. Mrs. Munro lived in Bartlett for many years before recently moving to Elgin. She worked at Sunshine Country Shop in Bartlett and started a crafts business about five years ago. “She made all sorts of crafts with Victorian lace. She was a very creative person,” said her husband of 27 years, Lloyd Munro. Other survivors include a daughter, Leah; and three sons, Kent Munro, Ronald Hoffman and Michael Hoffman. Services have been held.
