Corcom Inc., a Libertyville-based maker of radio-frequency interference filters, said it reached a definitive agreement to be acquired by CII Technologies Inc. for about $51.2 million in cash. CII Technologies, a Fairview, N.C.-based maker of electromechanical products, said it got approval from two of Corcom’s principal shareholders, who hold about 32 percent of Corcom shares outstanding, to vote in favor of the purchase. The deal is expected to close by June 1.
