Eric E. Samuelson, 19, 18 Debbie Lane, was charged with battery Tuesday morning after he allegedly hit his former girlfriend’s boyfriend in the eyebrow, requiring nine stitches, then struck a 16-year-old girl who tried to break up the fight in the parking lot of the Poplar Creek Public Library District, 1405 S. Park Blvd., police said.
