Eric Kuczek, 27, of 101 Republic Ave., Joliet, was arrested Sunday after police said his car crossed the double yellow line in the 16100 block of South 108th Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage and making an improper signal. He is scheduled to appear in court May 6.
