Einar F. Johnson, 89, of Rolling Meadows was a retired Chicago police officer with 26 years of service. Mr. Johnson, a Chicago native, died April 9 in Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. He retired from the Chicago police force in 1962 and worked for another nine years as a security guard for Zenith. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Genevieve; a daughter, Linda Noga; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will begin at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Ave., Mt. Prospect.
