Police reportedly found two clips of ammunition and a billy club after stopping a car Saturday in the 1700 block of Dumont Street that allegedly had rotating lights on the front and rear of the car, police said. Steven Chatman, 22, 1003 Southbridge St., was charged with driving on a suspended license, unlawful use of a weapon, having no firearm owner’s identification card and unlawful use of oscillating lights.
