James B. Dvorak, 65, a longtime automobile salesman and former zoning board member in Hoffman Estates, died Monday in Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington. He died of multiple injuries he sustained in a fall from a third-floor window at the Lexington Health Care Center in Lake Zurich, where he had lived for the past nine months. A native of Oak Park, Mr. Dvorak was a graduate of Oak Park-River Forest High School and worked as an automobile salesman for more than 30 years. He retired in 1990. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; and a son, Douglas. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Drechsler Brown Funeral Home, 203 S. Marion St., Oak Park. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.
