BORG-WARNER SECURITY SELLS UNIT

Borg-Warner Security Corp., Chicago, said it completed the sale of its Wells Fargo Alarm business to ADT Security Services for about $425 million. Borg-Warner Security offers electronic and physical security services under the Wells Fargo and Burns brand names.
