Firstar Corp., Milwaukee, agreed to buy Cargill Leasing Corp., a unit of commodities firm Cargill Inc., the world’s largest privately held company, in a move to broaden the financial services it offers corporate clients. Cargill Leasing provides transportation equipment as well as workstations and other computer apparatus through nine offices nationwide.
