Marcel L. Lambert, 68, a 40-year resident of Westmont, died Friday in Hinsdale Hospital. Born in Deerfield, Mr. Lambert was a carpenter. He was a member of Carpenters Local 80 and the Knights of Columbus. Survivors include his wife, Alvena; four sons, Andre, Robert, Richard and Gerard; five daughters, Suzanne Thinger, Helene Menolascina, Claire Bidus, Carole Burnett and Christine Hadamik; three stepdaughters, Diane Tschajka, Lise Wetelainen and Ginette Poliquin; a stepson, Guy Verville; two sisters; nine grandchildren; and 10 step-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Toon Funeral Home, 109 N. Cass Ave., Westmont. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with Mass at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 111 S. Cass Ave., Westmont.
