LaVerne Morgan, 78, of Ft. Collins, Colo., and formerly of Buffalo Grove died Sunday in Ft. Collins. Mrs. Morgan, a native of Chicago, was a homemaker. Survivors include a son, Thomas; three daughters, Jean McGuire, Charlene Griffith and Michelle; a brother, Joseph Cronin; two sisters, Mercedes Meister and Regina Brown; eight grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. A mass will be said at noon Thursday in St. Mary Catholic Church, 75 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove.
