Toyota, VW mull venture: Volkswagen AG said it’s in talks with Toyota Motor Corp. to jointly develop technology that would let them recycle parts for new cars and trucks. Volkswagen, Europe’s largest automaker, and Toyota, Japan’s largest, also may cooperate in creating environmental technology. A decision is expected by mid-July, Volkswagen said. Carmakers around the world are racing to meet stricter government pollution standards. VW previously has built Toyota pickup trucks under license.
