A 19-year-old Orland Park man was charged with driving under the influence, driving off the roadway and not having proof of insurance after being stopped recently at 108th Avenue and Summerglen Street, police said. Michael Raleigh, of 15319 Wilshire Drive, is scheduled to appear in court July 20.
