The Bolingbrook Village Board has voted for a subdivision to be constructed on the village’s west side at 111th Street, west of Weber Road.
The Pinebrook subdivision will have 75 homes, including 24 duplexes and nine triplexes, on 13 acres. The developer of the new subdivision is Centex Home Enterprises Inc., which has an office in Schaumburg.
The board also approved several variances for setbacks and an increase in signage for the subdivision.
