Police said Shaun James Knops, 20, of 443 Harbor Ter. faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and cannabis, operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration and speeding. Police said that they stopped Knops’ car Wednesday morning and that Knops was carrying a smoking pipe and a bag containing less than 2.5 grams of marijuana. He was given an Aug. 6 court date.
