Burridge Group LLC, Chicago, said it acquired Sound Capital Partners LLC, a Seattle-based investment management firm that manages more than $200 million in institutional assets. Burridge manages $1.4 billion and is an affiliate of Affiliated Managers Group Inc. of Boston.
