Sara Lee Corp. made several changes in its business segment reporting that will be reflected in its fourth-quarter and fiscal 1998 earnings. The Chicago-based food and consumer-products company said it renamed its Packaged Meats and Bakery segment Sara Lee Foods. Coffee and Grocery Products will be Coffee and Tea, and Personal Products will be Branded Apparel. The Household and Body Care line will retain its name, the company said, and Foodservice, which was part of Packaged Meats and Bakery, becomes a fifth segment.
