Bennett Nofsinger, 87, of Villa Park died Tuesday in Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Mr. Nofsinger was a resident of Villa Park for three months, had been a resident of Arkansas from 1971 to 1998, and before that had lived in Lombard. He owned and operated the Shell service station at Roosevelt and Meyers Roads from 1954 to 1971. Survivors include his wife, Juanita; a son, Ronald; two daughters, Mary Pellerin and Linda Ellieson; a brother, Charles; two sisters, Mary Ross and Eva Huehls; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation and services will be in Central City, Ky.
