Two teenagers were charged Wednesday with criminal trespass to vehicle and consumption of alcohol by a minor after police arrested them on suspicion of taking a paddle boat onto Shagbark Lake without the owner’s permission. Charged were Alan Momney, 17, of 1430 S. River Rd. and a 16-year-old Des Plaines boy. The youths said they borrowed the boat to go to a friend’s house, police said.
