Nineteen northwest suburban youths were charged with underage drinking after police broke up a party at 10:30 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Bradwell Road, police said. Police allegedly found numerous beer cans inside the home and said several of the partygoers fled before they could be arrested, police said.
