Construction is under way at Davey Farm, a Batavia community of 50 semi-custom single-family homes being developed by Dartmoor Homes.
Priced from $222,000 to $311,000, the eight floor plans typically include four or five bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, family rooms, dens per plan, first-floor master suites per plan, and attached two- or three-car garages. Lots are a third of an acre and are priced from $65,000.
Buyers can view models at another Dartmoor community, Woodland Hills in Bartlett. One of the models is the 3,365-square-foot Dartmoor with four bedrooms and three baths, first-floor den, family room, three-car garage and basement. It is priced from $302,900.

– Six home sites remain for sale at The Reserve at Royal Fox, a maintenance-free community of 52 single-family homes in west suburban St. Charles.

– Park Newberry at Delaware Place is approaching closeout with three condominiums remaining for sale. The mid-rise condominium at 55 W. Delaware Place in Chicago includes 185 units.
