Birthday: March 4.

Birthplace: Glasgow, Mont.

Occupation: Actress.

Current home: Los Angeles.

Marital status: Married to Eddie Bowz for two years.

Car: A black 1998 Cadillac Catera.

Working on: I play Dr. Lisa Catera on “Chicago Hope” on CBS-TV and I’m in the TNT movie “Houdini: Believe,” which airs in December.

The last good movie I saw: “Out of Sight.”

I stay home to watch: “La Femme Nikita.” I’m addicted to it.

The book I’ve been reading: “Other Powers” by Barbara Goldsmith. It’s the biography of Victoria Woodhull, who coined the phrase “free love.”

Favorite pigout food: Brownies, no nuts, then something salty, like pizza. I’m a sweet/salty girl.

Favorite performer: Juliette Binoche.

Prized possession: When I got married, my mother gave me a locket with a diamond in it. She got it when she got married.

Personal heroes: I was a dancer and Bob Fosse was a big inspiration. I love photography and Andre Kertesz is a favorite.

If I could do it over, I: Would have gone to college.

My fantasy is: I own a ranch in Montana. My friends and family are with me and we’re having a great time.

The worst advice my mother ever gave me: “You’re too young to wear black.”

People who knew me in high school thought I was: Square. My dad was in the military and we moved a lot. I was always the new kid in school. I was a dancer, and I didn’t party. I’d just go to school and dance class.

If I’ve learned one thing in life it’s: Don’t take yourself too seriously.

Most humbling experience: Meeting the nurses at the hospice where my mother died. They were strong, caring women. I feel silly saying I act when they help people every day.

The three words that best describe me: Good party thrower.
