Police said they arrested a 22-year-old Schiller Park woman last week after she was accused of leaving Lord & Taylor, 180 Oakbrook Center, without paying for clothing valued at $238. Veronica C. Cisneros of 9428 Lawrence Ct. was charged with retail theft, police said.
