Rosemont-based USFreightways Corp. closed the acquisition of Glen Moore Transport Inc., a Carlisle, Pa., truckload carrier, for an undisclosed amount. USFreightways said Glen Moore has annual revenues of about $35 million and operates 255 tractors and 600 trailers.
