– Courts: Federal courts and Cook County Circuit Courts will be closed.
– Banks: Most Chicago-area banks will be closed.
– Parking: Meters in Chicago will not need to be fed.
– Transit: Metra, Pace and the CTA will operate on holiday schedules.
