A 28-year-old local woman was charged with domestic battery and violating an order of protection following an incident Tuesday at an apartment building in the 0-100 block of North Dryden Place. Wendy Tamburelli, of 15 N. Dryden Pl., had been ordered to stay away from the apartment building. She allegedly returned there and shoved a 36-year-old woman who lives there, police said.
