A 30-year-old Glen Ellyn man was arrested Friday morning after allegedly punching out a window at the DuPage Crisis Center, 440 N. Finley Rd., York Township, near Lombard, after reportedly becoming angry over having to wait to collect a welfare check, which he reportedly told officers was necessary to help bail a friend out of jail, police said. Jeffrey A. Kimbrell, of 565 Taft Ave., was charged with criminal damage to property, police said.
