Russell E. Latimer, 86, of Wheeling, formerly of Highland Park, died Wednesday in Evanston Hospital. Mr. Latimer was a retired agent for the Internal Revenue Service. Survivors include a son, Russell Jr.; two daughters, Rhonda Brown and Wendy Morgan; and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service Saturday in Grove Memorial Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove.
