Chicago police are investigating the death of a 15-year-old Pilsen youth who was shot to death Tuesday night.
Christopher Serrano, of the 1700 block of South Newberry Avenue, died from a gunshot wound in his back, the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.
Serrano was shot in the 1100 block of West 19th Street around 10:30 p.m.
A gun was recovered and no one else was injured, a Harrison District detective said. No one was in custody Wednesday night, police said.
