A 19-year-old Glen Ellyn man was arrested last week after being accused of taking six electric razor heads valued at $125 from Wal-Mart, 1 S 100 Illinois Highway 53, near Glen Ellyn, police said. Andrew P. Pfister of the 500 block of Geneva Road was charged with retail theft.
