Englewood High School will celebrate its 125-year history by inducting 50 alumni into its hall of fame.

Among those being honored are Gwendolyn Brooks, Illinois poet laureate; Merri Dee of WGN-TV; and Margaret Burroughs, co-founder of the DuSable Museum of African-American History.
