A 24-year-old Country Club Hills man was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and having no front license plate after being stopped in the 8800 block of West 143rd Street last week, said police. Keith Bass, of the 17700 block of South Winston Drive, is scheduled to appear in court April 7.
