Sherry R. Zuberbier, 26, of the 11700 block of Woodcreek Drive was arrested Thursday on two warrants held by West Dundee Police Department for three counts of forgery and on a warrant for a traffic violation, said police. Zuberbier was extradited to the West Dundee Police Department, said police.
