We recently attended the Flower & Garden show at Navy Pier, and after gladly paying the admission of $14 total, we enjoyed the show very much. We and (we are sure) the many visitors who used the Navy Pier garage facilities were stunned at the exit parking fee. For us it was $13.50 for less than three hours.
What a rip-off to pay almost as much for parking as we did to gain entrance to the show.
So–ta-ta to Navy Pier, and a pox on its parking rates.
